What Makes the w9my VIP Programme Different?
Many betting platforms offer VIP programs that look great on paper, but once you actually start using them, hidden conditions begin to surface. At w9my, we take a completely different approach. Our VIP programme is built on transparency — every condition, every reward and every privilege is clearly stated so you know exactly what you receive at each tier.
The w9my VIP Program is about more than how much you deposit. It's about your journey as a player — every bet you place earns reward points that elevate you to higher tiers. Whether you're into Sports Betting, Live Casino, or Slot Games, all activity at w9my counts toward and rewards your VIP journey.
Transparent Reward Points System
Every RM you wager at w9my earns reward points. Points are calculated automatically and can be tracked in real time from your account dashboard. No complicated formulas, no confusing conditions — our system handles all the calculations in the background so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying your gaming experience.
Accumulated reward points don't just unlock higher VIP tiers — they can also be redeemed for playing credits, physical gifts, and other exclusive perks available through the w9my VIP rewards store. The points-to-credits exchange rate is fixed and transparent, so you always know the exact value of every point you earn.
Personal VIP Account Manager
One of the most valued privileges among w9my Gold and Diamond VIP members is access to a personal account manager. This is not a bot or automated system — it's a dedicated representative fully responsible for your account, available whenever you need assistance.
Your VIP Manager can assist with a wide range of needs — from arranging custom deposit and withdrawal limits and sharing details on exclusive promotions not publicly listed, to ensuring any technical issues are resolved with the highest priority. For serious players, this is an invaluable advantage and one of the main reasons w9my VIP members stay loyal year after year.
Weekly Cashback — Money Back With No Complicated Conditions
W9my's weekly cashback is calculated based on your net wagering activity over seven days. Unlike cashback on some platforms that comes loaded with qualifying conditions, w9my cashback is credited automatically to your account every week with no additional action required from you.
Cashback rates increase with your VIP tier — from 0.3% for Bronze members up to 1.2% for Diamond members. For active players, this adds up significantly over time. Picture yourself wagering RM 10,000 a week as a Diamond member — your weekly cashback alone hits RM 120, or RM 6,240 a year, purely from the cashback benefit.
Exclusive VIP Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
Casual players may never bump into daily deposit limits since the standard cap is more than enough for most. But for active high-stakes players, restrictive limits can be a real obstacle. The w9my VIP Program solves this by offering deposit and withdrawal limits that scale progressively with your VIP tier.
W9my Diamond members enjoy the highest limit flexibility, with the ability to negotiate directly with their VIP manager for limits tailored to their personal needs. Withdrawals for Diamond members are also processed at the highest priority — often within minutes, with no standard processing queue.
Exclusive VIP Events & Gifts
Beyond the financial benefits, the w9my VIP programme also offers priceless experiences. Gold and Diamond VIP members receive invitations to exclusive events organised by w9my from time to time — including VIP appreciation dinners, premium sports events, and private gatherings for selected members.
Anniversary and birthday gifts are also provided for VIP members according to their membership tier. These are not empty birthday greeting emails — we prepare themed gifts and special bonuses that reflect our appreciation for your loyalty as a w9my member.
How to Level Up Your VIP Tier Faster
While your w9my VIP tier is primarily based on cumulative deposit amount, there are a few ways to speed up your VIP journey. First, take advantage of double-points promotions that are regularly held at certain times — these let you accumulate points twice as fast during the promotional period. Second, diversify your gameplay — playing across multiple game categories at w9my ensures you make the most of every available points-earning opportunity.
Important: VIP tiers are calculated based on your cumulative deposit total over a rolling three-month period. Maintain your play activity to keep your VIP tier. If activity drops below the minimum threshold, your tier may be reviewed in accordance with standard w9my policy.
